North Face starts to listen
Did you know that if you buy a product from North Face which proves to be defective, you then have no rights to go back to the store to get it replaced with a new working product, even if you discover the error just a few days after the purchase. You also won't get your money back so you can buy another product from another brand.
Did you know that if you buy a product from North Face which turns out to be defective you may have to wait up to two months or more before you get your product back; even if you discover the defect within a week of your purchase.
— This means that if you for example buy a down jacket in November that appears broken just a few days after your purchase, you have no right to return it. Instead, you might have to wait until February or even longer to get your repaired jacket back. During this time you wont be able to borrow a jacket from North Face and you also will get no compensation.
Did you know that if you buy a product from North Face which proves to be defective, North Face takes the right to replace your product with a completely different model in an entirely different color.
— This means that NorthFace, if for example you bought a black jacket with defective stitches, instead of repairing it might decide to replace it with a new jacket in another model and in another color. And even if the replacement jacket has another color, you have no right to get your money back. Instead you can't do anything but to accept the new jacket – even if the color is completely different from the one you actually bought and even if the replacement jacket is of a completely different model.
We think this is wrong!
Help us change the North Face consumer policy. Do this by not buying any products from North Face until they start taking responsibility for their customers and products.
